Marvels Batman. Keine der ganz großen Serien, führte der Mann in Rot (anfangs in Gelb) lange Zeit ein Schattendasein, bis Frank Miller kam und die Serie puschte - nach seinem Abgang versank sie wieder in die Bedeutungslosigkeit.

In Deutschland wurde die Serie als Devil-Man in den Hit-Comics veröffentlicht, schaffte kurzzeitig es dort nach einer Namensänderung (Der Dämon) sogar zu einer eigenen Serie, bevor sie er dann unter dem gleichen Titel zur Zweitserie in Die Fantastischen Vier wurde.
