- Die Geschichte stammt aus dem Jahr 1976 - und die Vorstellung, die man damals von 2001 hatte, weicht doch stark von der inzwischen eingetretenen Wirklichkeit ab. Sicher, daß sich die Sowjetunion auflöst, hätte niemand vermutet, aber ansonsten sieht die Geschichte auch für heutige Verhältnisse stark nach Science-Fiction aus.
